Our support team can only look up an order with the information the payment processor recorded, so please send:
- The email address you used at checkout — write to us from it if you can.
- The full name on the order.
- The order or transaction number from your CartPanda receipt, if you still have it.
- A short description of what happened — and a screenshot if there was an error message.
Please never send card numbers, CVV codes or passwords by email. We will never ask for them.
Didn't receive your cookbook?
Check the spam, promotions and social tabs first — automated delivery email often lands there. If it isn't there, email us and we will resend the access link manually.
Want a refund?
You have 30 days from the purchase date. Email us from the address you used at checkout and say you would like a refund — no explanation required. See the Refund Policy.

To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, write to support@healthmeai.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. Details on the Privacy Policy page.

Payments & billing
Payments for HealthMe Recips are processed by CartPanda. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Your bank or card statement will show a charge from Wd Negocios Digitais Ltda or CartPanda. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email us before opening a dispute — we can usually clear it up the same day.
