1. Who is responsible
The controller of the personal data described in this policy is:
Wd Negocios Digitais LtdaCNPJ 51.668.753/0001-00
Rua C, 450 — Santana do Paraíso/MG
CEP 35.179-000 — Brazil
Email: support@healthmeai.com
Phone: +1 (979) 347-1952
Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wd Negocios Digitais Ltda. "You" refers to the person visiting this website or buying HealthMe Recips.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers this website and the purchase, delivery and support of HealthMe Recips, a digital cookbook delivered by email.
It does not cover the websites of third parties. In particular, the checkout is hosted by our payment processor, CartPanda, on its own domain, and the data you enter there is processed under CartPanda's own privacy terms in addition to ours.
3. Data we collect
3.1 Data you give us
- Order data: the name and email address you enter at checkout, the product purchased, the amount, the currency, the date and the order identifier.
- Billing data: country and, where the payment method requires it, billing address or a tax identification number. This is collected and held by the payment processor.
- Support messages: whatever you write to us by email or tell us by phone, including any attachments or screenshots you choose to send.
- Marketing preferences: if you opt in to receive email from us, the fact that you opted in, when, and any later opt-out.
3.2 Payment data
We do not receive, see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Payment credentials are collected directly by CartPanda and its acquiring partners. We receive only a confirmation of payment, the last digits or brand of the payment method in some cases, and the transaction reference.
3.3 Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, approximate location derived from it (usually city or region level), browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size and language.
- Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, the link or advertisement that brought you here, referring URL and campaign parameters such as UTM tags.
- Advertising identifiers: cookie identifiers and click identifiers passed by advertising platforms so a purchase can be attributed to the campaign that produced it.
4. Health data — what we do not collect
HealthMe Recips is a cookbook. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, information about your medical history, diagnoses, medication, allergies, body measurements or any other health information. We have no need for it and do not want it in our systems.
If you send health information to us anyway — for example in a support email — we will use it only to answer that message, and we will delete it once the conversation is closed, subject to any legal obligation to keep records of the interaction.
5. How we use the data
| Purpose | What it involves |
|---|---|
| Delivering your order | Sending the access link and the PDF edition to the email address you used at checkout, and re-sending them if you ask. |
| Customer support | Answering your questions, resolving delivery problems and processing refund requests. |
| Payments and accounting | Processing the charge, issuing receipts, meeting tax and bookkeeping obligations. |
| Fraud prevention | Detecting fraudulent orders, chargeback abuse and automated attacks on the site. |
| Site performance | Understanding which pages load slowly, which are read and where visitors leave, in aggregate. |
| Advertising measurement | Attributing purchases to the campaign that generated them and measuring the cost of acquiring a customer. |
| Optional marketing | Sending occasional email about our own products, only if you opted in. Every message has an unsubscribe link. |
| Legal compliance | Responding to lawful requests, defending claims and keeping the records the law requires. |
We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not profile you for any purpose other than the advertising measurement described below.
6. Legal bases
Where the Brazilian LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018), the EU GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following bases:
- Performance of a contract — to take payment and deliver the cookbook you bought, and to provide support for it.
- Legal obligation — to keep tax, accounting and consumer records.
- Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud, secure the site, and understand in aggregate how the site performs, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
- Consent — for non-essential cookies, advertising identifiers where consent is required, and optional marketing email. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already took place.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. We use three categories:
| Category | What it does | Can you refuse it? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Keeps the site and the checkout working and secure — session integrity, load balancing, fraud checks, and remembering your cookie choice. | No. Without them the site cannot function. |
| Analytics | Counts visits and measures how pages perform, in aggregate. Helps us find broken or slow pages. | Yes. |
| Advertising | Attributes a purchase to the campaign or ad that led to it, and limits how often the same advertisement is shown to you. | Yes. |
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the checkout from working. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" signal; there is no common standard for honouring it, so we do not currently respond to it, but we do honour recognised opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires it.
8. Advertising and measurement
We advertise this cookbook on third-party platforms, which may include content-recommendation and social networks. Those platforms may set their own cookies or receive an event from our site when a page is viewed or a purchase is completed, so that they can report whether their advertisement worked.
The information shared for this purpose is limited to event data and identifiers — for example "a purchase happened, click ID X". We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your name, email address or the contents of your support messages with advertising platforms for their own independent marketing purposes.
You can usually manage advertising personalisation in the settings of the platform concerned, and industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu also apply.
9. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that need it to run this business, and only for the purposes described above. These include:
- Payment processing — CartPanda and its acquiring banks and anti-fraud partners, to take and settle the payment and to handle refunds and chargebacks.
- Email delivery — the provider that sends your order confirmation, access link and any marketing email you asked for.
- Hosting and content delivery — the providers that host this website and the files delivered to you.
- Analytics and advertising measurement — the providers described in sections 7 and 8.
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where necessary and under a duty of confidentiality.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose data, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
10. International transfers
We are based in Brazil and some of our service providers operate in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. When personal data is transferred out of your country, we rely on the transfer mechanisms available under the applicable law — for example standard contractual clauses, an adequacy decision, or the transfer rules of the LGPD — and we require our providers to protect the data to a comparable standard.
11. How long we keep data
| Type of data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Order and transaction records | Up to 7 years, to meet Brazilian tax and accounting obligations. |
| Support conversations | Up to 24 months after the case is closed. |
| Marketing list membership | Until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake. |
| Analytics and server logs | Typically up to 14 months, often less. |
| Advertising identifiers | For the attribution window of the campaign concerned, generally no more than 13 months. |
When a retention period ends we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you.
12. Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Access to order and support data is restricted to the people who need it, protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication where the provider supports it. Payment credentials never reach our systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that is likely to create a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by the applicable law.
13. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data, and access a copy of it;
- correct data that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date;
- request deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed unlawfully;
- request anonymisation or blocking of data in the cases the law provides;
- obtain your data in a portable, machine-readable format, or have it transferred to another provider;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time;
- be informed about the public and private bodies with which we have shared your data;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Brazil, the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
To exercise any of these rights, email support@healthmeai.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We answer within 30 days, and we may ask you to confirm your identity — usually by writing from the email address used at checkout — before acting on a request. Exercising a right is free of charge; we may decline manifestly unfounded or repetitive requests, and we will explain why if we do.
14. US state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
We do not sell personal information and we do not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the campaign-measurement activity described in section 8. To opt out of that measurement, refuse advertising cookies in your browser, use a recognised opt-out preference signal, or email us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
15. Children
This website and HealthMe Recips are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets that threshold. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
16. Third-party links
Some pages link to websites we do not control, including the checkout page and the opt-out tools mentioned above. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, our providers or the law. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make that clear on this page, and where required we will ask for your consent again.
